What: Artist Talk: Te Rongo Kirkwood. Glass artist Te Rongo Kirkwood is the inaugural artist-in-residence at NZ Glassworks in June. She will hold a talk to discuss her residence and practice.

What: Author Talk: Airini Beautrais. Whanganui author Airini Beautrais reads from and discusses her short story collection Bug Week which won the Jann Medlicott Acorn prize for fiction at the 2021 Ockham New Zealand Book Awards. She will be in discussion with journalist and book reviewer Kiran Dass. Copies of Bug Week will be available at the event courtesy of Paige’s for sale and signing.
