Caversham Athletics — This Saturday an interclub track and field meeting will be held at the Caledonian Ground starting at 1.15pm. Weekly runs from John McGlashan College car park, Cannington Rd, on Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 5.45pm. The next in the fortnightly series of summer walks will be held on Saturday with everyone to meet at the Countdown, Andersons Bay, car park in Timaru St at 12.30pm. Ariki Athletics — This week is interclub Saturday at the Caledonian Grounds. It is track 1, field 3. Enter online at the Athletics Otago website or Facebook page before noon tomorrow. Please refer to their website for the programme. In line with Government requirements and to enable our sport to continue, all persons attending an Athletics Otago event are required to present their Covid-19 My Vaccine Pass. Please refer to the Athletics Otago website for further details along with Covid-19 sporting protocols.Wednesday nights meet at the Guthrie Pavilion, Bayfield Park, for a run-walk which is departing the club rooms by 5.30pm sharp. Children’s athletics: this Saturday the programme will be split at the Caledonian Grounds. All persons over 12 must present a vaccine pass to enter the Caledonian. Children under the age of 12 years and three months do not require a vaccine pass. However, they must be accompanied by a caregiver who carries one.
