Leith Athletics — Three Peaks Mountain Race orientation run, start at 9am Sunday on corner George & Willowbank Sts, entrance to Woodhaugh Gardens. Takes in first part of Three Peaks 26km course, approx 20km. You will need to be self-sufficient with water, food and warm gear. Ariki Athletics — Logan Park Dr will be closed from yesterday to Saturday, March 12 due to the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup. Wednesday nights meet at the Guthrie Pavilion, Bayfield Park, for a run/walk which is departing the club rooms by 5.30pm sharp. Saturday afternoons: We meet at the Guthrie Pavilion, back of Bayfield High at 1.30pm and head out for a walk at 1.45pm. Ariki Tuesday and Thursday training please phone A.J. 487-7765. Children’s athletics: This Saturday children’s competitive athletics will be held at Memorial Park, Mosgiel, due to the cricket world cup. Caversham Athletics — On Saturday an Athletics Otago interclub children’s meeting will be held at Memorial Park, Mosgiel, starting at 9am. See Athletics Otago website for full programme details.
