Kiwi makes fresh start

Skiing: Alice Robinson will look to take a major step forward in the speed disciplines this Alpine World Cup season. The 20-year-old heads to Europe next week on the back of two months training with her new Salomon skis in New Zealand. Robinson who won three World Cup Giant Slalom races as a teenager, struggled last season and changed ski manufacturer from German company Volkl. Co-coach Chris Knight says they plan to compete in most of the World Cup downhill races for the first time.
