Buyers circle for conveyor belt supplier’s premises

The freehold site in Otara is home to the warehouse, office and showroom premises of Viking Group. It specialises in sourcing, supplying and installing conveyor belts and is also New Zealand’s largest supplier of exterior waterproofing

The Viking Group pays annual net rent of $808,307 plus outgoings and GST on a lease that runs through to 2026. The lease agreement incorporates two-yearly market rent reviews.

The property at 80 Alexander Crescent and 18 Lovegrove Crescent is being marketed by Grant Magill of Bayleys Auckland Central with Sunil Bhana and James Hill of Bayleys South Auckland. Sale is by deadline private treaty closing on Thursday 3 November, unless sold earlier.

Magill said the property consisted of an approximately 5861sq m standalone building on 1.47ha with ample on-site parking and dual street access.
