Graeme Olding - Partner, Auckland - Tax

Graeme advises on a wide range of New Zealand tax matters including merger and acquisition transactions and tax disputes. He co-leads Chapman Tripp's tax litigation practice. Graeme also advises on cross-border structuring issues as well as debt and equity issuances (including Kauri bond programmes). He joined Chapman Tripp in 2009 after more than 10 years in the tax team at another leading New Zealand law firm.

Mark Nicholson - Partner, Auckland - Property, real estate and construction

Mark specialises in property, real estate & construction law, advising on development, acquisitions, disposals and leasing. He acts for a wide range of clients including development companies, institutional investors, charitable trusts and major corporates on a wide variety of commercial property transactions.
