New owners take reins of real estate agency in city

With their feet planted firmly on the ground, new directors Mark Elder and Peter Driver are running full steam ahead

Along for the journey are their business partners and wives, Shelley White and Nicki Morsink.

Both men collectively have 14 years of experience in real estate knowledge, listing and selling properties within Invercargill and the Southland region.

They have also had an extensive amount of time in hospitality and are passionate about the needs of the people, customer service, communication and attention to detail.

‘‘It is our firm belief that honesty and understanding the clients are key to achieving the desired results for both client and customer,’’ Mr Driver said.

They were ‘‘passionate’’ about the franchise, and had discussed over a couple of beverages or out on the golf course, some of the new ideas they wanted to put in place to enhance the company, Mr Driver said.

The team was delighted to join forces with Daryl Spence, who had more than 30 years of real estate experience, and Clare Campbell, who had over 12 years’ experience.
