Monday to Tuesday, June 13 to 14: Graffiti was recorded on a playground on Johns Road, Rangiora; A statue of a pig in a wheelbarrow was stolen from Taupata Street, Kaiapoi; A tradie’s van was entered in Wesley Street, Kaiapoi – tools were stolen; Two vehicles were entered in Woodend – wallets were stolen; Gates were damaged at the entrance of a property on Rangiora Leithfield Road

Tuesday to Wednesday, June 14 to 15: Tools were stolen from a van on Huntingdon Drive, Rangiora.

Wednesday to Thursday, June 15 to 16: A construction site on Flaxton Road was entered – diesel was stolen from machines on site and damage was caused to a truck; A vehicle was broken into on Percival Street. Electronics were stolen.

Thursday, June 16: A male was charged with Driving While Disqualified, when stopped in Leithfield. The vehicle was impounded; A rock was thrown through the window of a vehicle parked on Torlesse Street, Rangiora; A Rangiora male was processed for Excess Breath Alcohol after being stopped on Southbrook Road, Rangiora; A Rangiora male was processed for Excess Breath Alcohol after being stopped on Percival Street, Rangiora.

Friday, June 17: A Woodend male was charged with Firearms and Drug offence; Two youths were seen tagging the skate park in Kaiapoi. Details were passed to the Police and enquiries are being made; An online fraud was reported where a person purporting to be...
