They must be presented in an appealing way and include views, size, location, beach access or style.

Given the relatively high-end nature of Be My Guest Waiheke’s portfolio, its main customer demographics include family groups, mature groups, and couples.

Third-party portals like Airbnb, VRBO/Bookabach and Booking.com also work to connect holidaymakers with Be My Guest’s rental options.
