These regulations are made under section 265 of the Veterans’ Support Act 2014—
- on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and
- on the recommendation of the Minister for Veterans made in accordance with section 23 of that Act.
These regulations come into force on 10 April 2025.
These regulations amend the Veterans’ Support Regulations 2014.
Amend Schedule 1 as set out in Schedule 1 of these regulations.
Amend Schedule 2A as set out in Schedule 2 of these regulations.
