Weather cool but Katikati teams run hot

Visitors came from Whangamata, Whakatane, Hamilton East, Te Aroha, Mount Maunganui and Tauranga to compete against the locals. Katikati did well to hold their own in the doubles but really excelled in the singles when the light showers came though. Division 3 was dominated by KKCC with Maryanne Hoseason and Paddy Graham winning on hoops from Robyn Meeking and Grace Gilroy with both on four wins. Neil Constable and Chris Dixon came second in Division 1.
