On 9 March the National Office conducted an online panel discussion 'Don't Look Up? Space Matters in International Affairs'. This event was supported by the British High Commission. The panellists were James Araci, senior science and innovation officer at the British High Commission; Emeline Paat-Dahlstrom, the co-founder and chief executive of SpaceBase; and James Renwick, professor of physical geography at Victoria University of Wellington.

An online panel discussion was held the following day on 'Ukraine Conflict: Implications for New Zealand and the International System'.
