These regulations are made under section 645 of the Education and Training Act 2020 on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council.
These regulations come into force on 1 April 2024.
These regulations amend the Student Allowances Regulations 1998.
In accordance with section 645(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, these regulations apply to grants payable on and after 1 April 2024.
In regulation 5(1), replace
Replace Schedule 2 with the Schedule 2 set out in the Schedule of these regulations.
