These areas are across multiple Waikato regions and our Hamilton staff are well versed with each council’s District Plans to provide advise to clients in these areas.

At Birch, we consider ourselves as strong advocates for our clients when it comes to representing them as various levels through the subdivision process, providing professional advice based on current District Plans Rules.

We join the dots for clients and link subdivision process from resource consents planning to engineering design, approval and construction supervision and Land Transfer work, as well as co-ordinating with councils and solicitors to get Records of Titles issued at the conclusion of projects.
