Previously having been played over four consecutive Saturdays, the format changed to a condensed two-week timeframe for each of the four divisions.

The Seniors (Handicap +5 to 9.4) and Intermediates (Handicap 9.5 to 15.4) played 36 holes each day with the Juniors (Handicap 15.5 to21.4) and Presidents (Handicap 21.5 to 54) playing 18 holes each day.

Seniors 72 Hole: Winner: Colin Heyes (1.2) with a score of 316: Runner up: Nigel Fannin (8.8) with a score of 324. Intermediates 72 Hole: Winner: Bob Perkins (9.5) with a score of 333: Runner up: Allan Thomson (10) with a score of 335.

Juniors 36 Hole: Winner: Paul Ake (15.8) with a score of 160: Runner up: Tiki Bluegum (15.8) with a score of 171.
