Trust appoints new head

On Monday trust chairwoman Linda Robertson announced Otago Community Trust chief executive Barbara Bridger would take up the top job in early April

Mrs Bridger replaces Susan Findlay, who resigned in October to spend more time with family.

Ms Robertson said Mrs Bridger ‘‘brings a wealth of experience in the philanthropic, management and investment space and is already well known to many within the Central Lakes region through her current role’’.

Mrs Bridger said she was excited about the new position.
