Women’s Over 60 Self Defense Course: Brought to you by The Women’s Self Defence Network — Wahine Toa and partnered with Age Concern Hawke’s Bay.

Steady As You Go: A strength and balance exercise programme designed to improve your leg strength, flexibility, general fitness and wellbeing to prevent falls and injuries. Attending one of these classes is also a great way to meet new people.
